These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okay bet ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okay bet website located at https://okay-bet.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

okay bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by okay bet may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the real-money gaming features of okay bet, you are required to create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on okay bet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. okay bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify okay bet immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• KYC Verification: okay bet may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on okay bet are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• Accepted Payment Methods: okay bet currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱10. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your okay bet account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank and transaction timing.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. okay bet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals.

• Currency: All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱). okay bet does not accept foreign currency deposits and is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred by the player.

okay bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.

• Modification and Cancellation: okay bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to alter wagering requirements, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits associated with any bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on okay bet. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one player account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okay bet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond okay bet's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that okay bet takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

okay bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okay bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and information necessary to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.
• Determination by okay bet that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to okay bet.

Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting okay bet customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the okay bet Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting okay bet customer support with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over online gaming disputes in the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent okay bet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

okay bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okay bet will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include displaying a notice on the Platform, sending an email to your registered address, or both.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.
